What are your services like?
Our services are warm, Spirit-filled, and centered on God’s Word. You can expect heartfelt worship, inspiring teaching from Senior Pastor Joy Trotter-Starkey, and a genuine sense of community. We believe church is not a building — it is the people coming together in Christ. Whether you join us in person or stream online, the experience is the same: you are part of the family.
How do I watch online?
Visit samaritanchristiancenter.org to watch our live broadcast every Sunday at 12:30 PM. On-demand replay is available anytime. You can also access Bible study, prayer requests, and our E-Church portal from the website.
What happens when I visit in person?
You will be welcomed at the door by our hospitality team. Service includes worship through music, scripture reading, prayer, and a message designed to encourage and equip you. Come expecting to feel at home. We currently gather at 2501 NW 14th Court, Fort Lauderdale, with a new home in Miami Gardens coming soon.
What should I wear?
Come as you are. There is no dress code at Samaritan Christian Center. Whether you prefer your Sunday best or something casual, what matters is that you are here. We care about your heart, not your wardrobe.
Can I bring my children?
Absolutely. Children are a vital part of our church family. We believe in nurturing the next generation in faith and love. SCC Kids is currently being built out as a dedicated children’s ministry — a safe, engaging space where children can learn about God’s Word at their own level. While the program grows, children are always welcome in our main service.
Can I invite friends and family?
Please do. We are a church where everybody is somebody, and that means everyone is welcome — in person or online. Share our live stream link with anyone who needs a place to belong.
How can I get involved if I only attend online?
There are many ways to connect through our E-Church — join our online Bible study, submit prayer requests, serve on our media or prayer teams, and participate in virtual fellowship. You do not have to be in the building to be part of the family.
How can I give?
You can give securely online through our website using the donations page, give in person during service, or send via Zelle to the church phone number. Every gift helps us continue the work God has called us to do.
